Me and my ex were together for 2 1/2 years. He decided that his life needed a change and moved back down south with his family over 2000 kms away less then 2 weeks ago. He broke up with me in order to make it easier on both of us, and I understand that there were problems beforehand that need to be dealt with, but after thinking it through numerous times I have decided I want to try and get him back. I love him and I know that there are tons of other people who I could be with but for right now this is what I want to do.
I have read hundreds of getting your ex back articles including ‘The Magic of Making Up’ and I have decided that this is what I want to do, but the distance thing is a real barrier. Does anyone have any ideas or tips on things to do concerning the distance? Everything I have read is based on seeing the other person again soon, but if he decides to not come back this summer, then that’s not an option. I know for a fact I will see him at Christmas, but are there ways to show that I am willing to change and have a new relationship with him if he is so far away?
Any advice would be helpful.
