Hey guys! I’ve got a lot to talk about in this posting.

Im going to cover a little bit about last nights games, but mostly the poor call in the Twins vs Yankees game. Joe Mauer got robbed of a ground rule double that would have given the Twins a 4-3 lead and possibly a 1-1 series tie.

Then I will get into some playoff predictions on how I think the series will play out:

Dodgers over Cardinals
Phillies over Colorado
Yankees over Twins
Angles over Boston

Dodgers over Phillies
Yankees over Angles

Yankees over Dodges

Then I’ll get into smart team managing. Mike Scioscia & Terry Terry Francona
- These guys know when to change their pitchers at the right time! Its all about whats best for the TEAM

MLB CAP:
I think that MLB needs to come up with a salary cap per team, I’m sick of seeing the same teams playing in the playoffs every year because they have the money to pick up the best players available.
Ex: Yankees … CC, AJ, Teixeira, A-rod …

Smart GM’ing:
Stacking your team up so that your second strind/off the bench players are the best they can be. Although money is a factor… Boston stacks their team with bench players that are GOOD… picking up players and dropping them left right and centre when better players come along as free agents or players DFA or on waivers.

Now I didnt talk about this in my vid, but what do you think about instant replay in Baseball? should it be used .. one call per game per team? Last nights blown call was a prime instance of where it would work…

    @andros1984
check my newet vid…. i have a good idea for instant replay!

  2. I forget which …
I forget which manager said this but here’s a pretty good idea that doesn’t overuse instant replay: Each manager has a red flag(literal or not) that they can use to appeal a potential bad call. They can use it once per game, not for balls and strikes.

  3. and not enough …
and not enough credit is given to the Marlins…a team that finished with only 5 wins less than the yankees..when they yankees have $210 million and Marlins $20 million…lol

  4. i agree with you …
i agree with you baseball NEEDS a salary cap but it doesnt mean boston is smart? with all the money they got it doesnt take a genius to know to pick up the best free agents…its a huge disadvantage to low market team like my fav team the Nationals….teams like the nats have to try sooo hard to try to build up their farm system but whats the point? even if they get good players they will get bought out by big market teams like they yankees, red sox, tigers, twins etc..

  5. i hate the yankees …
i hate the yankees because they pay off people and they payed of the paseball comissioner to not have a salery cap, skrew the yankees!

  6. im not 100% sure… …
im not 100% sure… ill look into it and see what i can find. However, there are a lot of things that they take into consideration with changes.. especially interleague play. They will try and make games even so that games arent always played in the AL which they almost always seem to be, secondly the idea of double booking. Concerts, and other sports typically will get booked before a season starts and it leaves no tire for a game to be played. Sounds silly but it happens.

  7. why r the yanks and …
why r the yanks and dodgers playing in LA in 2010? that series was originally schedualed 2 b played in NY

Ur video makes madd sense!!! I agree with it!

  10. they actually have …
they actually have a solid farm system.. look at the few guys who have come up in the last 2-3 years… spending big money on free agents doesn’t always eat up the farm…

  11. Yankees farm system …
Yankees farm system must suck since all they do is pay big money for players.

  12. Honestly, as much …
Honestly, as much as Halladay is the best pitcher in baseball… I think it was a smart move by the Jays. I’m making another vid tomorrow on the latest trades.. so check it out.. ill break down the Halladay Trade. All teams involved in the trade are Winners in my opinion. One player doesnt make the whole team, and Halladay is proof of that. Getting some young guns for Halladay was the smart way to go. In 2 years this trade will look good on paper and the field!

  13. traderumorsnorth is …
traderumorsnorth is probably crying today that the jays just lost mr. hallady. as a yankee fan, i do agree mlb should have a soft cap but the mlb players union still thinking this is 1960 when then players had no contracts is the main reason we dont have one.
each team imo hould have a maxium $125 million cap & a start cap of at least $60 mill. plus all clubs could each year sign 2 free agents players( 1 pitcher & 1pitcher) that does not count against the cap kind of like old larry bird rule.

  14. It was definately a …
It was definately a fair ball, that is certain. 5 or 6 feet? Not so much. Probably about 1-2 feet.

  15. Thanks for the …
Thanks for the praise! Take the time and subscribe! With the offseason here there are going to be a lot of rumors and trades happenings! Be amongst the first to know!

  16. Finally someone who …
Finally someone who knows what they are talking about I have been a die hard yankee fan and have been sick of Girardi’s decisions from day 1…. The worst part is they sad he managed a perefect playoff! I don’t have time now to describe all of the bad moves right now but trust me its more than i can count. Anyway being a Yankee fan I wouldn’t say we buy our titles its just that any team with money would use it dont blame us. Anyway liked hearing your predictions!

  17. Umps suck all …
Umps suck all around this year. By the way Yanks won the series.

  18. what ever you say …
what ever you say dude…if you want to make up little reasons why this stuff happend you can……whatever helps you sleep at night…..

  19. well, it isn’t like …
well, it isn’t like I made up the history I listed,
nor did the Yankees get hurt by an of their bad calls (which were few to none anyway).. and how does ‘getting suspended’ make a difference IF they were all conspiring? you do realize what kinda of people Bud Selig and A-Rod are, right?

  20. Your an idiot dude. …
Your an idiot dude….you are delusional….The umps got suspended also…..Its not like there werent anybad calls against the yankees.

  21. Dude thanks for …
Dude thanks for talking about the foul ball call. Because it affecting a possible scoring opportunity for Minnesota. But ESPN and sports media don’t talk about it. Only when the Angels get bad calls.

  22. yeah, how ironic …
yeah, how ironic is this getting with all these bad calls? honestly, I can’t help but think conspiracy I mean, its not likes it never happened

    black sox scandal
    gambling
    steroids and drugs use
    corked bats
    stealing signs
    blatant incorrect umpiring

I kinda think that NY was scripted to win the WS…. its all revenue, and perfect bubble gum pretty boy A-Rod is in on it

I know I sound delusional but c’mon, how hard would it be to stick an ear audio in a batters ear and tell him the signs?

  23. Ya im actually …
Ya im actually watching the game right now. Add me to your favs and keep an eye out. Im going to put up a clip of that play and talk about the game! I think thats the same ump that f’ed up last time! Funny how an inning later they show a close up of the ump saying “I was wrong, I was wrong!”

  24. I don’t see how …
I don’t see how anyone crouched down and staring at the ball could have made such a bad call. Have you seen the bad calls in the yankees angels game tonight. Oh my god. Two runners at third neither one standing on bag, both get taged and the ump only calls one out. Shameful. Makes we want to turn the game off..

  25. Thanks for the …
Thanks for the response… good or bad… I enjoy the feedback. However, a lot of my information comes from what I have seen/heard/read. In this case it was actually stated by a lot of announcers and columnists that the ump was about 10 feet away, and the ball was about 2 feet in play. The camera angle and distance from the play does make it a bit deceiving.
